Al comienzo del a\u00f1o 1890 empieza a funcionar la primera escuela denominada \u201c Escuela Mixta N\u00ba 1\u201d con una matr\u00edcula de 68 alumnos a cargo de la profesora Clementina Meneses quien ejerce en la misma escuela hasta el a\u00f1o 1912 cuando pasa a llamarse \u201c Escuela Mixta N\u00ba 6\u201d ejerciendo esta profesi\u00f3n hasta 1928a escuela hasta el a\u00f1o 1912 cuando pasa a llamarse \u201c Escuela Mixta N\u00ba 6\u201d ejerciendo esta profesi\u00f3n hasta 1928.<\/p>\n

A contar de 1929 ejerce la profesora Teresa Pizarro Tapia. En el a\u00f1o 1931 deja de ser mixta a \u201cEscuela N\u00ba 78 de Mujeres\u201d en la tarde ya que en la ma\u00f1ana funciona la Escuela 77 de Hombres.<\/p>\n

En 1941 a la escuela se le asigna el nombre de \u201c Escuela N\u00ba 4 ejerce como profesora la Srta. Mercedes Mu\u00f1oz Carvajal que a causa del terremoto del 6 de abril 1943, ambas escuela funcionan en el local de la Escuela Hombres\u201d.<\/p>\n

En 1950 a cargo de la profesora Gladys Rojas Huerta se fusionan en \u201c Escuela superior Mixta\u201d<\/p>\n

A contar del a\u00f1o 1951 comienza a funcionar en el local de calle Arturo Prat con una matr\u00edcula de 170 alumnos.<\/p>\n

Desde 1956 ejerce la direcci\u00f3n ejerce la direcci\u00f3n de la escuela Mixta N\u00ba 3 don Blas Guillermo Reyes Pic\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

En 1954 asume el Se\u00f1or Hugo Villarroel Pizarro.<\/p>\n

El a\u00f1o 1965 asume como directora la Sra. Edhit H. Castillo Contreras .<\/p>\n

En Marzo 1980 asume como directora la Sra. Elba Rojas Guerrero<\/p>\n

En abril de 1986 asume como Directora la Sra. Nancy Ang\u00e9lica Ollarz\u00fa Aguilera, en cuyo per\u00edodo se cambia el nombre de la Escuela F318 por la Escuela B\u00e1sica Juanita Fern\u00e1ndez Solar.<\/p>\n

En Marzo 2010 ejerce como Director don Osvaldo Del Tr\u00e1nsito Campusano V\u00e1squez obtenido por Concurso P\u00fablico Ley 20.501.<\/p>\n

En el mes de agosto 2010 la escuela se traslada de la Calle Arturo Prat a un moderno, s\u00f3lido y acogedor Establecimiento Educacional ubicado en calle Manuel Rodr\u00edguez S\/N. sector El Villorrio.<\/p>\n

El a\u00f1o 2012 comienza a funcionar con Jornada Escolar Completa, con diferentes talleres: art\u00edstico, teatro, deportivo, gastron\u00f3mico, tecnol\u00f3gico, musical, literario, matem\u00e1tico y sicomotricidad.<\/p>\n

En Septiembre de 2017 asume como director Subrogante don Ren\u00e9 Roberto Munizaga Miranda quien se desempe\u00f1\u00f3 hasta el 31 de Agosto del a\u00f1o 2020. Actualmente se desempe\u00f1a como Director de Reemplazo el Sr. Cristian V\u00e1squez Vald\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

Programas de integraci\u00f3n escolar (PIE)<\/h5>\n

El Programa de Integraci\u00f3n Escolar es una estrategia inclusiva del sistema escolar que tiene el prop\u00f3sito de entregar apoyos adicionales a los estudiantes que presentan Necesidades Educativas Especiales (NEE) de car\u00e1cter permanente (Asociadas a discapacidad) o car\u00e1cter transitorio que asisten a establecimientos de educaci\u00f3n regular. Favorece la presencia y participaci\u00f3n en la sala de clases, el logro de los objetivos de Aprendizaje y la trayectoria educativa de \u00a0“todos y cada uno de los estudiantes”, contribuyendo con ello al mejoramiento continuo de la educacu\u00f3n (Mineduc)<\/span><\/p>\n
